




Position **Driving School Coordination** is responsible for the administrative and operational management of the center, ensuring that road safety training programs are implemented effectively and meet required standards. Key Responsibilities: A driving school coordinator’s responsibilities cover several key areas: * **Academic/Training Management:** * Supervise and coordinate the scheduling of theoretical and practical classes, ensuring adherence to timetables and educational quality. * Ensure proper implementation of the curriculum and that instructors inform students about safe driving procedures and traffic regulations. * Conduct diagnostics and propose training content to support continuous program improvement. * Coordinate logistics for participant training and manage necessary technical resources. * **Operational and Administrative Management:** * Ensure proper functioning of facilities and assets (e.g., practice vehicles), including maintenance. * Monitor daily attendance and schedule compliance for both instructors and students. * Manage filing, control, and updating of documents and records. **EXCEL, WORD, CALENDARS, CANVA, OUTLOOK, GMAIL** * Carry out administrative tasks, legal procedures, and applicable regulatory compliance. * **Personnel Management and Communication:** * Supervise and direct teaching staff (instructors) activities. * Maintain effective communication with teachers, management, and, where applicable, students’ parents or guardians. * Promote a positive learning environment and foster teamwork. * **Sales and Customer Service (Commercial):** * Manage the commercial strategy to achieve enrollment targets. * Establish and maintain public relations, and follow up on student inquiries, complaints, or suggestions—proposing service improvements. Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in sales or coordination within the EDUCATIONAL\-DRIVING SCHOOL sector and verifiable personnel management experience; professional references will be contacted. * **Skills:** Leadership, proactivity, responsibility, initiative, excellent attitude, effective communication, decision-making, and service- and results-oriented mindset. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in technological tools and, occasionally, advanced knowledge of social media platforms for customer acquisition. **EXCEL, WORD, CALENDARS, CANVA, OUTLOOK, GMAIL, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, GOOGLE** STATUTORY BENEFITS 3-month probationary period.
