Working at TIGER TEAM means being part of a passionate team continuously developing creative solutions. **Why is this opportunity right for you?** * **Direct impact:** You will manage the company’s internal financial health * **Professional autonomy:** You will lead accounting processes **Key Responsibilities:** **Comprehensive tax management:** * Manage tax and accounting obligations: filings, financial statements * Compliance with SAT, IMSS, and AML (PLD) requirements * Manage preparation and submission of mandatory tax and accounting obligations: monthly/annual filings, financial statements, and bank reconciliations * Audits and accounting closing processes * Lead teams to optimize administrative processes **Financial optimization:** * Financial statement analysis (revenue/expense variances) * Fixed asset and cash flow control * Improvement of accounting processes and systems **Essential Requirements:** ✔ **Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting** (degree completed) ✔ **5+ years** of experience in financial accounting ✔ **Solid knowledge of:** * Tax and labor legislation (IMSS, Federal Labor Law, AML) * Payroll, accounts payable/receivable * Accounting software (CONTPAQi, SAP, etc.) * SUA, IDSE, ASPEI, NOI ✔ **Valuable plus:** * Legal studies (incomplete or completed) * Cloud-based accounting platforms **What We Offer:** **Competitive salary:** $15,000 – $20,000 net/month (negotiable based on experience) **Location:** Offices on Av.
