What you will do: Promote and place group loans in the field. Conduct home visits for client follow-up. Train and accompany credit groups. Portfolio recovery. Work 100% in the field (fieldwork, visits, follow-up). What we offer: Monthly gross base salary: $10,149 Attractive commission structure with NO CAP (paid monthly). Initial guarantee bonus ($3,000\).
