**Project Coordinator** **Deliverables/Outcomes** * Timely coordination and completion of project deliverables. * Accurate reporting of project progress, resource allocation, and documentation. * Support in maintaining client satisfaction through clear communication and organized execution. * Compliance with internal processes, safety standards, and documentation accuracy. **Your Daily Job** * Coordinate daily project activities and update project schedules. * Follow up with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors on assignments and deliverables. * Maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards (Estimates Vs Actuals). * Prepare and organize project documentation (Enginering and Installation, IRM, Daily reports, final documentation). * Communicate with clients and internal departments to align priorities and resolve issues. * Support billing preparation by validating hours and field reports. * Participate in weekly project meetings and prepare follow\-up notes. **Knowledge** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Experience in telecom, data centers or construction project workflows. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and basic project management tools. * Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). **Skilled/Mastery** * Strong organizational, coordination, leadership and time\-management skills. * Attention to detail in documentation and scheduling. * Clear written and verbal communication across multicultural teams. * Problem\-solving and follow\-up skills. * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * High level of accountability and ownership. * Customer Services mindset **Responsabilities** * Support execution of operational projects from start to completion. * Ensure information flow between field, operations, customer and management teams. * Maintain project documentation and client records accurately. * Report any risks, delays, or field issues to the Operations Manager. * Protect confidentiality of operational and client information. * Adhere to safety and compliance standards established by R\&G and clients. **Physical Demands** * Primarily sedentary role with extended computer work. * Occasional travel and participation to project sites may be required. * Ability to work across multiple time zones when coordinating with international teams. **Mental Demands** * High concentration required for multitasking, scheduling, and managing concurrent deadlines. * Must handle pressure from urgent deliverables and unexpected changes. * Requires proactive thinking and adaptability to dynamic project environments. **Social** * Daily interaction with Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors. * Frequent communication with field teams and clients. * Team\-oriented, collaborative role that requires empathy and assertiveness. **Work Enviroment** * Remote work environment with online collaboration tools. * Occasional site visits or client meetings may occur. * Requires reliable internet, digital organization, and self\-discipline. * Global, multicultural operational context Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $1\.00 per year Application Question(s): * How many years of professional experience do you have working in data centers and telecommunications? * What is your monthly salary expectation in MXN? \* Are you legally authorized to work in your country of residence? * Do you currently hold a valid visa to enter the United States?
