A leading company in the Telecommunications industry is looking for: HOME COLLECTIONS OFFICER REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in home collections. * Minimum education: High School. * Ability to operate a motorcycle (not a scooter). * Valid motorcycle license Type D. * Excellent negotiation skills. * Customer service experience. * Good personal presentation. * Responsible. * Ability to manage collections activities and follow up on cases. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform home collections on assigned accounts. * Meet daily established number of home visits. * Negotiate with customers. * Seek alternative times and methods to locate customers. * Verify and obtain telephone and demographic data to contact customers.
