**WHO WE ARE:** We are an industrial construction company that provides maintenance and repair services for mills, as well as maintenance for industrial vessels, structures, and civil works. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** To efficiently manage the use, maintenance, control, and administration of the company's vehicle fleet and equipment, ensuring availability, safety, and optimal performance. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor's in Automotive Mechanical Engineering. **Experience:** Minimum 2 to 3 years. **Technical Skills:** * Automotive maintenance * Resource management * Traffic and transportation regulations * Proficiency in Excel **Skills:** * Organization and planning * Analytical and problem-solving abilities * Leadership and team supervision * Effective communication * Results-oriented **Job Conditions:** * Schedule: Full-time * Location: \[Offices / Workshop / Field] * Availability to handle emergencies outside regular hours (if applicable) * Valid driver's license (preferred) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for all vehicles and equipment. * Monitor fuel usage, mileage, services, and consumables. * Prepare weekly reports on the status of vehicles and equipment. * Manage necessary payments to suppliers and institutions according to due dates (vehicle fees, services, etc.). * Assist drivers in case of accidents, coordinating with insurance companies. * Manage insurance policies, vehicle inspections, and other required documentation. * Maintain up-to-date records for each vehicle (maintenance history, permits, license plates, etc.). * Schedule and coordinate maintenance with drivers and/or supervisors. * In case of mechanical failures requiring indefinite repair time, coordinate replacement vehicles. * Conduct periodic audits on the condition of vehicles and equipment. * Prepare monthly reports on usage, costs, and overall fleet status. * Create and schedule spare parts purchase requisitions to ensure timely availability for maintenance.
