In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring material movement and storage operations are completed while adhering to policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with all safety standards and regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** · Perform manual procedures to prepare railcars for loading and unloading, such as opening hatches, opening railcar doors, rigging hoists to cover barges, connecting pumps, and positioning pumps—with frequent guidance. · Collect product samples. · Complete loading or unloading inspections, documentation, and process quality records—both manually and electronically. · Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures, including equipment lockout/tagout labels. · Perform other duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down ladders, kneeling, stooping, or twisting safely—with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms—with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to work in elevated areas or spaces (1.20 meters or higher). * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, and other hazards may be present—using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience using a computer. **At Cargill, we champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in our processes!** Position Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Salary: $11,420.13 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Savings fund * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
