Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or related professional with experience in drafting, rendering, and design to develop complete architectural projects. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in all project phases, from drawings to budgeting **Job Description:** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field * **2 years of experience as a drafter, renderer, or designer** * Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, rendering engines, and office software * Neodata \-Desirable\- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation of architectural drawings * Preparation of construction documents * Development of installation criteria * 3D modeling of projects * Rendering of 3D models * Preparation of project revisions * Conducting architectural surveys * Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotations * Preparation of work schedules and budgets COMPETENCIES: Results-oriented, knowledge of construction materials and methods, resource management, continuous improvement, and analytical ability.
