Job Summary: StrAppBerry is seeking a Program Manager to lead software development, coordinate teams, interact with clients, and ensure project progress and quality for mobile applications and custom systems. If you are a Program Manager with programming experience, StrAppBerry IS LOOKING FOR YOU!! **Responsibilities** Review progress with the entire team (Daily Scrum) Present progress to the client following the client progress presentation checklist Review client feedback with the Development Team Conduct overall progress reviews to identify bugs Provide ideas on new features for developments to clients Evaluate client technical requests with the development team Follow up with clients via WhatsApp and/or email Define screens with clients Review team progress Plan tasks (tickets) with team members Demo, Retrospective, and Planning Collaborate with the design team on project wireframes Present wireframes and visual proposals to clients **Responsibilities** Project tracking Task planning Task assignment based on experience and project complexity Presenting progress to clients Generating additional work with clients **Requirements** Excellent client communication skills Age: No restrictions Experience: Minimum 4 years Experience in project planning and tracking Agile methodologies such as Scrum are a plus Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Gender: No restrictions Conversational English Preferred: Prior experience in this role Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month + Bonuses Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Remote work Language: * English (Preferred) Work location: Remote
