If so, you could be the talent we are looking for for this position. **Job Description** -------------------------- As Supervisor I, Accommodations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of personal services workers within our organization.**Job Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Supervise and coordinate the activities of personal services workers, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. * Maintain effective communication with team members to establish a clear understanding of job expectations, performance goals, and procedures. * Assist in hiring and training new staff; provide ongoing guidance, support, and mentoring to team members. * Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve issues, which may include guest complaints, staffing issues, or maintenance problems. * Supervise and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and training as needed to maintain a high level of service quality. * Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. * Maintain a positive attitude and professional environment to ensure high employee morale and guest satisfaction. * Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and delivers exceptional service to our guests. * Complete any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Requires experience across a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and substantial work experience. * Typically acts as a leader, coordinating the work of others but not serving as a supervisor. * Works independently within established procedures and practices. * Has 4 to 5 years of work experience. **Competencies** ---------------- Business acumen Advocating for guest needs Self-development Impact Interpersonal skills Functional job knowledge Leadership Problem solving Teamwork and collaboration Accountability**Education** ------------- * A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. * A combination of education and experience will be considered. **Certifications** ------------------- * Certifications may be required or preferred.
