




Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely calculation, processing, and payment of payroll, while guaranteeing compliance with tax and labor obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive coordination and supervision of the payroll process. 2. Team leadership and continuous process improvement. 3. Ensures compliance with tax and labor regulations. **Position Objective** Ensure the accurate and timely calculation, processing, and payment of payroll for a workforce of 800 employees, guaranteeing compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the end-to-end payroll process (weekly/bi-weekly). * Supervise the calculation of earnings, deductions, severance payments, and settlements. * Validate attendance-related incidents: attendance, absences, disabilities, etc. * Ensure compliance with obligations before **IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT**. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications. * Supervise payroll receipt stamping (CFDI). * Coordinate payroll disbursement (bank transfers). * Prepare payroll reports and labor cost analyses. * Coordinate the payroll team and distribute workloads. * Implement process improvements and internal controls. * Ensure confidentiality of information. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years’ experience in large-scale payroll (500+ employees)**. * Experience leading teams. Solid knowledge of: * Federal Labor Law * IMSS, SUA, IDSE * INFONAVIT * Income Tax (payroll calculation) * Payroll systems (CONTPAQi, NOMIPAQ, SAP, etc.). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel. **Competencies** * Leadership * Organization and planning * High sense of responsibility * Attention to detail * Handling of confidential information * Problem solving * Working under pressure Salary: $28,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
