If you’re looking to leave your mark while we expand further across Mexico, build an exciting hotel with much to offer, and work alongside some of the best and brightest in the luxury hospitality industry, this could be the perfect fit for you. **Job Description** * Document all incident and event details in written reports during your shift. * Know the location of all fire-fighting equipment and be able to execute effective evacuation procedures. * Knowledge of and adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to security. * Serve as an additional point of response for staff when a guest or employee is involved in a security-related incident. * Assist police and other government agencies in any investigation. * Seek guidance from the Shift Manager and/or Security Manager as needed. * Be actively engaged and serve as a leader among the hotel’s emergency response teams. * Maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail throughout your shift. * Remain calm during peak periods to perform tasks efficiently and request assistance when necessary. * Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by your supervisor or manager. * We recognize that we operate in the hospitality industry, which may require lateral service support. Occasionally, we will ask each team member to carry out various related tasks as needed to deliver exceptional guest service.
