Technology company **Seguritech** is seeking: **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER** Location: **Cancún** **Knowledge Requirements** * Basic knowledge of VMs. * Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server operating systems. * Basic knowledge of VMware. * Experience or familiarity with servers. * Knowledge of basic electrical installations. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. **Requirements:** * Engineering degree (intern or graduate) or Technical High School diploma. * **2 years of experience in:** \- Configuration of computer equipment \- Electronics \- Use of multimeter and physical grounding \- Desirable knowledge of CCTV, DVR, and IP cameras \- Standard vehicle operation * **Valid driver’s license and standard vehicle operation capability** * Desired certifications: VMware and ITIL.
