We are authorized partners of brands including Xerox, HP Latex, and Epson, offering sales, leasing, and support. We are looking for: Technical Service Engineer **Required Activities and Experience:** * Perform installation and configuration of technological equipment. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance. * Diagnose technical issues in hardware and software. * Handle technical support reports and tickets. * Provide technical assistance and advisory services to customers. * Configure networks and equipment connectivity. * Prepare technical service reports. * Track warranties and repairs. * Train end users on basic equipment operation. * Maintain control and inventory of assigned tools and equipment. **We Offer:** * Base salary between $12,000 and $14,000\.00 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Statutory benefits * Training opportunity in Mexico City (CDMX), directly with Xerox, HP, and Epson * Work location: Avenida Uxmal at Avenida Nader **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements and Technical Knowledge** * LAN, WLAN, and VPN networks. * Equipment installation and configuration. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Hardware and software technical support. * Structured cabling. * Basic server and network configuration. * Windows operating systems. * Operation of printers and multifunction devices. Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, maintenance of technological equipment, or field service.
