Our customer-centric philosophy has made us strategic partners in designing and integrating technological strategies that drive innovation and efficiency for our business partners. **Position Purpose** Ensure the quality, functionality, and stability of applications developed by the organization through planning, execution, and documentation of tests that guarantee compliance with business requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze functional and technical requirements to create test plans. * Execute manual and automated tests in web and mobile environments. * Detect, record, and track incidents or bugs. * Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure final product quality. * Document test results, cases, and scenarios. * Participate in continuous improvement and quality assurance processes. * Support the implementation of QA methodologies and standards. * Perform integration, performance, and regression testing. * Validate that solutions meet usability, security, and performance criteria. **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum of 1 year in quality assurance (QA) or related roles in development or technical support. **Languages:** * Technical English (desirable). **Technical Skills** * Execution of manual, integration, regression, and performance tests. * Test automation using tools such as *Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or Cypress* (desirable). * Incident management and bug tracking using *Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps*. * Experience with version control systems such as *Git, GitHub, or GitLab*. * Basic knowledge of relational databases (*SQL Server, MySQL*). * Understanding of web services and APIs (*REST, SOAP*). * Familiarity with agile development and quality assurance methodologies. **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail and analytical thinking * Organization and results-oriented mindset * Collaborative work and effective communication * Problem analysis and resolution skills * Adaptability and continuous learning **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * **Work Mode:** On-site or hybrid based on goal fulfillment. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits and life insurance **Join an innovative and quality-focused team.** If you are passionate about analysis, continuous improvement, and working with modern technologies, we want to hear from you!
