Their primary role is to ensure the operational continuity, security, and efficiency of computing equipment and information systems, as well as provide technical support to internal users. Specifically: * **Infrastructure Management:** Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, operating systems, and management tools. * **Cybersecurity:** Protect corporate information against cyberattacks, manage backups, and administer VPNs. * **Technical Support:** Resolve hardware and software issues on employee equipment (printers, computers, office software). * **Software Administration:** Manage software licenses, update applications, and optimize databases. * **Automation and Processes:** Implement software for machinery automation tasks to improve efficiency. * **Asset Control:** Maintain inventory and control of computing equipment.
