* **Responsibilities:** Responsible for executing all maintenance and repair work orders assigned in accordance with established quality, time, safety, and aesthetic standards, efficiently and promptly fulfilling job duties. * Ensures possession of the necessary tools and materials to perform job functions and is responsible for their proper use, as well as adherence to established procedures and required safety regulations to prevent accidents. * Performs, according to instructions from the immediate supervisor, all scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the hotel, following established quality, time, safety, and aesthetic standards for each case. * Verifies and records pending tasks in the appropriate log. Monitors that the condition and operation of work equipment are optimal and keeps the workshop and work areas in perfect order and cleanliness. * Maintains close communication with the immediate supervisor, reporting on the progress of completed work and any anomalies or irregularities that may pose a risk to the efficient operation of the Hotel. * Reports to work punctually and complies with the Hotel's policies and procedures regarding discipline, appearance, schedules, access areas, and safety regulations. * Attends department meetings and actively participates in ongoing training programs designated for the position. * Executes all instructions and assignments given by the immediate supervisor, as well as other responsibilities required by the role.
