We are seeking talent and offer: Salary: $18,000 gross monthly Location: On-site Schedule Monday to Friday: 10:00–19:00 (includes 1-hour lunch break) Saturday: 9:00–17:00 (includes 1-hour lunch break) Sunday: Day off About the Position: We seek a web programmer capable of working on real production systems. This role does not involve building pages from templates or relying on visual builders; it requires reading existing code, understanding it, and modifying it without affecting operations. We operate active WordPress sites and HTML code, so you must be able to orient yourself within someone else’s project and implement changes thoughtfully and following best practices. Responsibilities Creating landing pages from scratch using code Maintaining and enhancing existing web pages Theme and template-level adjustments in WordPress Integrating forms, APIs, and webhooks Fixing issues in existing code Optimizing loading performance and structure Essential Requirements Solid HTML and CSS (clean markup—not just frameworks) Functional/intermediate JavaScript (DOM manipulation, event handling, form validations, fetch/AJAX) Ability to read and modify other developers’ code True responsive design capability Understanding of WordPress structure (themes, templates, hooks) Functional PHP knowledge to follow logic flow and safely implement changes (templates / functions.php / includes) We Are Looking For Someone Who Can work independently without constant supervision Communicates proactively: asks questions when uncertain and flags risks before implementing changes Prioritizes functionality and production stability Feels comfortable debugging and improving existing code Desirable Skills Tailwind or Bootstrap API consumption Performance / Lighthouse optimization Git Selection Process A short practical test (45–60 minutes) based on a real-world scenario will be administered. Evaluation criteria include judgment, organization, and ability to clearly explain your approach and decisions. Mandatory: Prior experience modifying existing projects (WordPress/legacy).
