Our work combines **architecture, visualization, and development strategy**, with projects ranging from residential villas to future hospitality and resort concepts. As our company grows, visual content has become a key part of our development and sales strategy. We are currently looking for an **Architectural Visualization Specialist** to work directly with the **company founder and the Architect Manager**, focusing primarily on **3D modeling, high\-quality rendering, and architectural video production**. This role is ideal for someone who is **highly skilled in visual production**, fast, detail\-oriented, and passionate about creating strong architectural imagery and experiences. This is a **part\-time position (20 hours per week, mainly mornings)**, based in **Quintana Roo**, with a **hybrid structure** depending on project needs. At Onivius, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and become a key part of our visual and creative development. **Main Responsibilities (90% Visual Production)** * Create detailed **3D architectural models** * Produce **high\-quality photorealistic renderings** (exterior \& interior) * Create **architectural animation videos / walkthroughs** * Develop strong visual atmospheres (lighting, materials, landscaping) * Support **presentation materials for client and investor\-facing projects** * Optimize rendering workflows for speed and efficiency **Additional Responsibilities (10%)** * Support architects with basic modeling and design adjustments * Understand architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations) * Assist in maintaining organized project files and visual assets **Profile We Are Looking For** * **3–5 years of experience** in architectural visualization or related field * Strong background in **3D modeling and rendering** * Excellent skills in **SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max** * Strong experience with **Lumion, Twinmotion, D5, V\-Ray, or similar** * Ability to produce **animation / walkthrough videos** * Strong sense of **composition, lighting, and materials** * Good understanding of architectural design and space * Experience in **luxury residential or hospitality projects** is a strong plus * Fast, organized, and able to meet deadlines * Comfortable working independently * **Spanish required** * **English required** (50%\- 70%) * Must be based in **Quintana Roo (Cancún preferred)** Tipo de puesto: Medio tiempo Sueldo: $14,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 al mes Horas previstas: 20 por semana Beneficios: * Horarios flexibles Pregunta(s) de postulación: * 1\.
