#### **About this position** Ensure the fulfillment of production plans by guaranteeing operational efficiency, product quality, personnel safety, and optimal use of material and human resources in the plant. #### **What you will do** * Supervise daily production activities, ensuring compliance with established schedules. * Coordinate and assign tasks to operational staff during your shift. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of production: efficiency, waste, productivity, downtime, among others. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety, quality standards, and good manufacturing practices (GMP). * Identify process deviations and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance and quality control. * Verify proper use and maintenance of equipment, tools, and facilities. * Train and evaluate personnel under your supervision on procedures, safety, and continuous improvement. * Participate in production meetings and in the preparation of performance reports and root cause analyses. * Promote continuous improvement of production processes and operational efficiency.
