SCHERDEL is strongly value driven and has a long track record of caring for our associates in many ways. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** * Properly monitor and analyze the company's accounting, tax, and financial information, address and follow up on various issues related to monthly tax and accounting obligations. Review and ensure that the finance team complies with and performs the necessary activities efficiently and in a timely manner. 1 Review and analyze the company's accounting and tax information, ensuring that the various processes are adequately controlled. 2 Work closely with the tax accountant to ensure that VAT refunds are correctly tracked, reviewing and analyzing the information before sending it to the authorities. 3 Validate and coordinate with payroll staff to ensure that monthly information is recorded in a timely manner. 4 Efficiently manage and carry out physical inventories, plan appropriately, and report the results in a timely manner. 5 Accounting close, ensuring that the finance team carries out the various activities on time and in a timely manner on the agreed dates each month, validating the information, and maintaining adequate control. 6 Report efficiently on the company's tax information, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the authorities. 7 Implement and develop better control processes in accounting, performing monthly accounting reconciliations. 8 Ensure that the financial audit is carried out efficiently and coordinate with the audit team to obtain the results in a timely manner. 9 Achieve adequate control of invoices entered by the finance team, have adequate control to make payments to suppliers for services and merchandise actually received. 10 Coordination between finance and commerce to ensure adequate support in terms of the company's tax and legal information, customs declarations, invoices, and any other documents must be correctly supported. 11 Ensure that the company's accounts receivable and accounts payable are supported and reviewed and keep a report of both for monthly analysis of the information. 12 Work in accordance with current legal requirements, quality and environmental standards, customer requirements, and other applicable requirements and standards. 13 Compliance with internal procedures. **Position Requirements:** * Advanced accounting and tax • Advanced tax compliance • SAT platforms • SAP. **Competencies:** * Financial analysis * Effective communication * Problem solving **BENEFITS:** Please send your resume to HR.sil@SCHERDEL.com for all hiring inquiries.
