Minimum experience: 2 years working as a surveyor, preferably in civil works, urban developments, land surveying, urbanization, infrastructure, or similar projects. **Main responsibilities / functions** * Execute topographic surveys in the field (planimetry and altimetry) to determine contours, elevations, and property boundaries. * Perform construction layout based on blueprints, marking axes, elevations, and alignments according to project plans, ensuring accurate positioning of structures. * Prepare, process, and deliver topographic/cartographic drawings and required technical documentation (maps, contour lines, boundary plans, traverses, topographic charts, field reports) meeting quality standards. * Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, contractors, or authorities to interpret survey data and define construction, urbanization, or subdivision work. * Verify and ensure compliance with legal regulations, cadastral maps, and boundary regulations where applicable (measurement, boundary determination, georeferencing). **We offer:** 15,000 net negotiable Travel allowances Statutory benefits Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM with availability Work location: Irapuato, Gto. **Desired education level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired experience level:** Mid level **Departmental function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction *This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=692a002243000033001aef52\&source\=indeed*
