We are world leaders in manufacturing flexible mechanical components, looking for a **Quality Technician** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with standards. * Supervise and guide your inspection team. * Manage containment of out-of-specification material. * Participate in process, finished product, and incoming releases. * Support monitoring of control plans and compliance with IATF. **Requirements** * Minimum **1 year of experience** as a quality technician or auditor in the automotive industry (metal-mechanical, plastic injection, etc.). * Knowledge of **measuring instruments** (vernier caliper, micrometer) and **geometric tolerances** (drawing interpretation). * Familiarity with **basic SAP** (if you don't have it, we'll train you!). * Knowledge of **control plans / IATF**. * Leadership skills, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving focus. **Schedule** Rotating shifts every 2 weeks: * **1st shift:** Monday to Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **2nd shift:** Monday to Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. * **3rd shift:** Monday to Friday from 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. **What We Offer?** * Continuous training and development within a global company. * Collaborative and continuous learning environment. * Career growth opportunities in the automotive industry. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Transportation routes in Irapuato.
