Junior Quality Engineer Job Functions: Quality Engineer 1. Quality Control and Assurance * Implement and maintain quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or others). * Verify that products comply with technical specifications, standards, and customer requirements. * Monitor key quality indicators (PPM, scrap, rework, non-conforming deliveries). 2. Product Inspection and Release * Supervise or perform inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. * Review and approve inspection reports, functional tests, and dimensional measurements. * Release production batches and issue certificates where applicable. 3. Non-Conformance Analysis * Record, investigate, and analyze internal and external non-conformances. * Conduct root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D, and DMAIC. * Develop and track corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans. 4. Continuous Improvement * Propose and execute process improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing scrap. * Apply Lean Manufacturing tools: Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5S, SPC, FMEA. * Lead activities to reduce process variation and improve capability (Cp / Cpk). 5. Audits * Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
