





JOB OBJECTIVE Efficiently manage the unit’s human and economic resources, ensuring high-quality service to customers, a safe and pleasant work environment for staff, and achievement of the company’s established performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES Create, approve, and supervise the daily weekly menu. Organize, assign, and supervise assigned staff. Monitor purchases to ensure they remain within the percentage targets set in the goals. Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and quality procedures. Guarantee hygiene and cleanliness among staff, facilities, and utensils. Verify that food complies with quality, hygiene, and portion-weight standards. Address customer requests and provide immediate solutions to incidents. Prepare weekly operational performance reports. Develop and follow up on customer satisfaction surveys. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or related field. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial cafeterias or related settings. SKILLS: Leadership and teamwork. Personnel management. Food preparation processes. Strategic planning. Decision-making and problem analysis. Orientation toward internal customers and suppliers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
