End-to-End Project Specialist (E2E)

Position Summary: This role ensures the proper management and execution of industrial projects on-site, guaranteeing compliance with Capex, on-time delivery, quality standards, and safety requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in executing industrial or infrastructure projects. 2. End-to-end comprehensive project management. 3. Coordination of contractors and procurement of industrial equipment. **Location:** MX FAC – Silao Purina (MXSIPUFA) **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (in exceptional cases, incomplete degrees or completed high school diplomas are accepted). **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in industrial project execution, equipment procurement, contractor management, and/or machinery maintenance/installation. **Position Objective** Ensure proper management and execution of industrial projects on-site, guaranteeing compliance with assigned Capex, timely and correct execution, adherence to quality standards (Foods Site), and accident- and incident-free operations. The Project Specialist will be responsible for coordinating contractors, managing material and equipment procurement, leading cross-departmental meetings, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle (E2E). **A Day in the Life of…** * Plan and coordinate all project phases, from equipment acquisition through installation and final validation. * Conduct procurement and manage acquisition of materials, machinery, or services required for project execution. * Supervise contractor activities on-site, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and approve work permits. * Ensure each project meets quality standards, local regulations, and internal guidelines. * Lead meetings with key plant departments (Quality, Safety, Production, Controller, Maintenance, etc.). * Monitor Capex execution, report progress, and ensure efficient use of allocated resources. * Guarantee a safe working environment through active physical risk management and zero-accident assurance. * Coordinate and track schedules to deliver projects on time, correctly, and without defects. * Maintain continuous communication with the Project Manager, reporting progress, issues, and outcomes. **What Will Make You Successful** * Experience in executing industrial or infrastructure projects (warehousing, civil, etc.). * Experience in purchasing or procuring industrial machinery and managing contractors. * Experience in assembly, installation, or maintenance of industrial equipment. * End-to-end project management experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate–advanced). * Working knowledge of AutoCAD (intermediate). * Familiarity with BIM 360 (desirable, basic/intermediate level). * Basic understanding of local legislation regarding operational and safety matters. * Ability to interpret key project indicators.
