About the role:
As Plant Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving production lines performance improvement through the management and promotion of Continuous Improvement (C.I.) and Digitalization initiatives. You will work closely with plant stakeholders to identify efficiency gaps, structure improvement projects and ensure the implementation of best practices, contributing to operational excellence and sustainable performance across the site.
Main Responsabilities:
* Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, quality and waste reduction across production lines.
* Promote and implement digitalization tools and methodologies to optimize processes and enhance performance monitoring.
* Analyze performance data, identify gaps and propose corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production, maintenance and quality teams.
* Support standardization of best practices and ensure their effective deployment at plant level.
* Act as a key change agent, fostering a continuous improvement culture and strengthening problem\-solving capabilities across teams.
* Monitor KPIs related to operational performance and ensure reporting, follow\-up and continuous tracking of results.
Who are we looking for.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
* 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to Continuous Improvement and/or Operational Excellence initiatives.
* Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or similar methodologies.
* Experience in digitalization projects within industrial or manufacturing settings is a strong plus.
* Strong analytical, problem\-solving and data interpretation skills.
* Ability to influence cross\-functional teams and manage change in a dynamic environment.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).

The Commissioning Site Manager is responsible for managing Team Leads and directs on the day to day commissioning of robotic cells. The commissioning team plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of robotic systems. They are responsible for overseeing the beginning and final stages of system integration, testing, and optimization before the automation solution is put into operation. This team works closely with engineers and technicians to fine\-tune robotics and automation systems, ensuring they meet performance standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements. Their expertise in troubleshooting, calibration, and quality control helps Symbotic deliver efficient and reliable robotic solutions to clients across various industries.
What you’ll do* Partnering with cross functional business leaders to prep, plan, and launch the site commissioning schedule.
* Managing and building out the budgets for each site and preparing reporting on the progress of commissioning and testing in relations to budget target and goals.
* Manage and lead multiple sites at the commission stage while ensure projects have proper resources allocation in order to meet target timelines and budgets.

What you’ll need* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or in automated production management, or equivalent work experience.

processing, finished notices, production plans), involvement in the preparation of pictograms, work

1 Implementing suitable concepts to optimize the flow of materials, revising logistical processing in order to
optimize availability and stock level while taking supplier management into account
2 Involvement in the production of new products, if necessary preparing and suggesting changes to improve
the workflow
3 Involvement in the planning of the deployment of employees, production equipment, jigs and systems,
material and power bearing requirements, deadlines and costs in mind, as well as in the testing and
introduction of new machines, work systems, workflows and procedures and materials
4 Observation of existing work methods and workstations with regard to optimum layout, if necessary
optimizing machine, line and method parameters and drawing up and suggesting improvements,
