***Position Name: Inventory Auditor*** ***Direct Supervisor Position Name:*** *Inventory Analyst* ***Area:*** *Administrative* ***Contribution Level****: Individual Contributor* ***Location:*** *Irapuato* **Job Mission:** Audit and review the physical count of merchandise performed by the Store Leader during the inventory process, to determine actual stock levels and provide reliable information to be used as the basis for store results, commission payments, inventory control, and integrity of accounting records. **Main Responsibilities:** · Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of inventory information at month-end closure for prompt decision-making. · Complete the store permission shielding survey to identify opportunities and establish follow-up and management mechanisms. · Conduct store inventories by performing counts using a hand held device and transmitting data to detect merchandise shortages and/or overages, enabling solution implementation and preventing recurrence. **Key Decisions:** · Request opening of tombola cash boxes to perform cash reconciliations. · Train store teams and report risks related to inventory and cash handling in the store. **Competencies:** · Organization and execution · Effective communication · Customer orientation · Effective relationships **Requirements:** · 2 to 3 years of work experience. · Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree/engineering in a related field. · Experience: Hand held device operation, experience in cyclic inventories, warehouse operations, etc. · Intermediate to advanced Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) If this opportunity interests you and you meet the requirements, apply through this channel!
