We are currently recruiting an **Industrial Application Support Coordinator** for an automotive sector project. Job Objective: Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper operation of IT services within production environments, guaranteeing operational continuity, timely incident resolution, and adherence to established service-level agreements (SLAs), by applying ITIL best practices and root cause analysis methodologies. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related field * Language: English B1 * Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical support, IT service operations, or service desk coordination * Prior experience in production and mission-critical environments (preferred) Management Knowledge: * ITIL methodologies (Incident, Problem, Change Management, SLAs) * Analytical methods: 5 Whys, RCA, Ishikawa, Pareto * Incident volume reporting, trend analysis, and incident resolution compliance reporting * KPI reporting and tracking * Personnel management Technical Knowledge: * Windows XP, 7, 10 or later operating systems * Microsoft Office (intermediate–advanced level) * Backup and recovery tools: Acronis, Veeam * Remote access tools: NetSupport and/or equivalents * SQL Server (basic querying, service validation, diagnostics) * Basic virtualization knowledge * Fundamental SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA architecture knowledge * General understanding of SAP modules (not expert-level, but operational comprehension): * FI / CO (Finance and Controlling) * MM (Material Management) * SD (Sales \& Distribution) * PP (Production Planning) Soft Skills: * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Focus on operational continuity and service quality * Organization and discipline * Operational leadership and technical team coordination * Effective communication * Problem solving * Planning, organization, and follow-up Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with availability to travel to the plant site in case of critical incidents.
