**Vacancy: Administrative Coordinator – Civil Works Company.**
· **Location:** Guanajuato, Gto.
· **Work Mode:** On-site.
· **Schedule:** Full-time.
· **Salary:** $12,000 monthly initial salary (final salary subject to agreement).
· **Working Hours:** 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

We are a private company specialized in the **execution of civil works for slope stabilization**, with a solid track record in both public and private sector projects. We seek to strengthen our administrative team with a technical, analytical, and proactive professional.
**Position Objective:**
To plan, coordinate, and supervise the company’s administrative processes, with emphasis on **tender management**, **technical-administrative documentation control**, **institutional relations**, and **internal process supervision**, ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements for each project.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the company’s general administrative department.
* Handle the **identification, analysis, and submission of public and private tender processes**.
* Supervise compliance with legal and contractual requirements in tender processes.
* Manage the preparation and submission of **technical and economic proposals**.
* Coordinate with technical, accounting, and legal departments to ensure integrated project management.
* Monitor awarded contracts from signing through project completion.
* Supervise administrative staff and support internal process improvement.
* Control and archive documents, files, certificates, and licenses.
* Support procurement management, construction site logistics, and resource control.
* Represent the company in meetings with public entities or private clients, as required.
**Requirements:**
* **Professional degree** (related to the construction industry or similar fields).
* Additional training in Administrative Management, Public Procurement, or Project Management is desirable.
* Minimum **2 years of verifiable experience** in civil works or construction companies, or **5 years of administrative experience** in the industry.
* Proactivity.
* Knowledge of the State’s public procurement system.
* Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, advanced Excel).
* Technical writing ability, and capacity to analyze tender documents and regulations.
* Organizational skills, leadership, attention to detail, and communication skills.
* Driver’s license issued by the State of Guanajuato.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Specific experience in **slope stabilization** or geotechnical projects.
* Prior experience with public works contracting firms.
* Familiarity with construction project management software.
