**Mission:** Optimize the business's operational efficiency and effectiveness through implementation of Lean best practices and data-driven solutions.
**Key Requirements**
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering (intern or graduate).
* **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in Consulting, Administration, Services, or Manufacturing.
* **Knowledge:** Lean Six Sigma Management and Lean Startup.
**Main Responsibilities**
* **Diagnosis:** Identify improvement opportunities and document processes (administrative, tactical, and operational).
* **Optimization:** Design and update processes for simplification, integration, and automation.
* **Implementation:** Execute and document continuous improvement projects and Lean best practices.
* **Measurement:** Establish and monitor **KPIs** to evaluate the impact of improvements.
* **End-to-End Vision:** Ensure solutions align with business objectives and client deliverables.
