*Attend to the needs of inmates regarding visits, sports, recreational, cultural activities, and interpersonal relationships. *Provide orientation and counseling to inmates and/or their family members upon request to clarify doubts about the inmate's specific situation. *Carry out other duties inherent to the position to contribute to achieving the department's objectives. *Conduct socioeconomic studies to understand the inmates' backgrounds. *Promote recreational activities to achieve reintegration goals. *Manage correspondence between inmates and the outside world to reward good behavior. *Supervise dormitory hygiene to ensure inmates are in optimal conditions for rehabilitation. *Act as a liaison between inmates and departments or agencies to address specific needs related to their rehabilitation process. *Supervise inmates' meals to ensure they are in optimal condition for consumption. *Locate inmates' relatives to provide attention and/or follow-up on legal matters.
