Knowledge of the area is preferred. Sales of financial products Customer service Advanced collections management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Promote IF's products and/or services to clients and new prospects through quality service and commercial strategies, adhering to established regulations. The goal is to close transactions that meet customer needs and achieve the institution's targets. Ensure timely loan repayments Educate clients about their debt obligations Document verification Work in the field Client portfolio management and development Collections and delinquency control. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** Analysis and interpretation of credit bureau reports (desirable) Strong communication skills Conflict resolution with customers Results-oriented work under pressure Negotiation skills Self-reflection Broad judgment to assess situations outside of "normal" conditions Impartiality in character and decision-making Understanding of business behavior and investment needs In-depth knowledge of local economic activities and seasonal trends Strong financial analysis capability Solid quantitative assessment of credit applicants combined with qualitative judgment Solid knowledge of traditional banking with ability to manage and sell multiple products. **WE OFFER:** Base salary of $8,364 Gross.
