Job Summary: Develop and optimize work methods and production processes by analyzing problems and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement of processes and production line efficiency 2. Analysis and resolution of issues in the production process 3. Process documentation for new projects and improvements Determine and develop work methods, workflow, and production process efficiency through FMEA, time studies for line balancing, and problem analysis **Responsibilities** * Perform necessary modifications to process FMEAs during mass production phase. * Maintain and improve production line efficiency. * Support system and customer audits. * Analyze issues in the production process and implement resulting corrective actions. * Document processes for new projects (HVC, HOE, visual aids, capacity forms). * Create and update the material delivery matrix to the line, ensuring material flow on the line and preventing mix-ups. * Document processes for new projects (identifications and Kan\-ban). * Ensure execution of NG Dummy validation and process walk according to plan. * Coordinate analysis for scrap cost reduction. * Update line layouts.
