Provide full support to all Plant departments to achieve objectives, promoting and fostering a continuous improvement culture through appropriate tools. **A day in the life of…** * Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for machinery and industrial facilities. * Coordinate immediate response to equipment failures, prioritizing safety and operational continuity. * Develop and implement technical training and professional development programs for supervised personnel. * Analyze and monitor key performance indicators such as asset availability, planned maintenance compliance, average time between failures, and repair times. * Manage continuous improvement projects in electrical, mechanical, and industrial automation systems. * Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and technical procedures defined by Nestlé Engineering Excellence (NEE). * Collaborate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Administration, as well as coordinate external contractors and suppliers. **What will make you successful…** * Experience leading industrial maintenance technical teams. * Intermediate knowledge of automation, PLCs, TPM, frequency drives, industrial networks, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems. * Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute technical projects under high-quality standards. * Analytical skills and focus on measurable operational results. * Proactivity, effective communication, and collaborative leadership.
