Utilizes various systems to monitor and maintain efficient AGV\-S operations, meeting daily plant demands and achieving or exceeding AGV\-S mission production time targets. Identifies, reports, and actively works to eliminate defects in AGV\-S operations and connected systems. Develops technical mastery of AGV\-S vehicles and related systems, as well as the ability to effectively train others. Demonstrates active participation in Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and Shift Change meetings, openly reporting observed inefficiencies and disruptions as part of continuous process improvement. Responsible for a team program, system, area, or equipment that supports and sustains the immediate AGV\-S area or the organization as a whole. Works with 3PL partners and other P\&G plant operations teams to maintain a cohesive, responsive, and flexible operation.
