This role is key to maintaining safe operations aligned with legal requirements and corporate standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement, maintain, and monitor **EHS programs** across the facility. * Coordinate and support internal and external **EHS audits**. * Identify workplace risks, conduct risk assessments, and develop corrective and preventive actions. * Deliver **safety, health, and environmental training** to employees. * Investigate incidents and accidents, generating reports and action plans. * Track and report **EHS KPIs and indicators**. * Maintain constant communication with corporate teams and customers in **English**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field. * **2–4 years of experience** in an EHS role within a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of applicable **EHS regulations in Mexico**. * Experience with audits and legal EHS documentation. * **Advanced English (mandatory)**. * Proficiency in MS Office. **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong preventive and safety mindset. * Analytical thinking and problem\-solving skills. * Effective communication and leadership. * High level of organization and teamwork.
