Process dimensional stability **Job Description** Onsite: This position requires full-time onsite work. **Job Description:** ### **Ensure the management, control, and stability of dimensional indicators in Body Shop** **during the implementation, launch, and stabilization of the T1xx\-2 project**, **through technical leadership, advanced analysis, and cross-functional coordination with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering, guaranteeing achievement of quality, cost, and delivery objectives**. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the **tracking and analysis of dimensional indicators** for the T1xx\-2 project in Body Shop. * Ensure **early involvement in process changes, tooling adjustments, and dimensional validations**. * Analyze **trends, variations, and root causes** of dimensional deviations, defining effective action plans. * Coordinate and track **corrective and preventive actions** with multidisciplinary teams. * Ensure **process dimensional stability** during pre-production, launch, and ramp-up. * Validate compliance with **dimensional standards, measurement methods, and acceptance criteria**. * Provide technical support for **quality events, rework, and containment activities** related to dimensional issues. * Prepare and present **executive reports** on dimensional performance for managerial decision-making. * Drive **standardization of practices and knowledge transfer** upon project closure. ### **Scope and Authority** * Technical decision-making regarding **process dimensional adjustments**. * Cross-functional coordination with functional areas without direct hierarchical reporting relationships. * Timely escalation of dimensional risks impacting program launch. **Required Skills:** Temporary position: 1 year Shift rotation required (4x3 schedule; weekend work required) **Education:** * Degree in Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * Experience in **Body Shop or body assembly processes** (preferred). * Knowledge of **assembly processes, tooling, and automated systems**. * Experience in **indicator management, variation analysis, and problem solving**. **Technical Knowledge:** * Dimensional control and analysis (GD\&T, SPC, process variation). * Dimensional measurement systems (manual and/or automated). * Problem-solving methodologies. **Key Competencies:** * Technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration. * Analytical thinking and decision-making. * Effective communication at operational and managerial levels. * Results-oriented mindset and sense of urgency.
