Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to address and resolve technical incidents, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and provide support for network infrastructure and point-of-sale systems at service stations. User management and data recovery We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide support across various service stations (gas stations) of a major company in the sector. Main Responsibilities: Address and resolve hardware and software technical incidents Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment Provide support for network infrastructure administration and operation Support point-of-sale systems (kiosks) Manage users, access rights, and permissions across various systems Perform data backups and data recovery procedures Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support Knowledge of: Computer equipment support Networking (basic configuration and diagnostics) Operating systems (Windows and basic Linux knowledge) CCTV maintenance Software application support Competencies: Effective communication Problem solving Analytical ability Teamwork Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license Ability to drive a standard vehicle Willingness to travel between different locations within the region Additional Information: Salary: $16,500 gross monthly. Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. A standard vehicle is provided as a work tool.
