




Position Summary: We are seeking a student to support quality management, continuous improvement, and personnel administration activities, ensuring compliance with requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Support in quality management and continuous improvement 2. Coordination and root cause analysis 3. Participation in audits and new projects MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS **1\. Availability:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM 2\. Ability to commute to Silao Puerto Interior 3\. Proof of current student status 4\. Optional insurance issued by the university SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES 1\. Address and fulfill customer requirements and Quality Management System (QMS/A) requirements. 2\. Continuous improvement, coordination, and work on root cause analysis, as well as corrective actions. 3\. Update and implement documents to ensure and control product quality. 4\. Participate in fulfilling specific engineering change or new project requirements. 5\. Manage personnel under your supervision. 6\. Attend system and customer audits. 7\. Maintain Control Plans updated according to the annual verification schedule. 8\. Conduct monthly audits on significant product characteristics, where applicable. 9\. Ensure that your team performs activities specified in their inspection sheets, product release checklists, and process checklists. 10\. Prepare quality issue presentations for senior management. Participate in the development of new projects and fulfillment of specific customer requirements.
