Key Responsibilities: * Assist in tracking observations arising from internal and external audits. * Collaborate in conducting compliance audits and system audits. * Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes, under the guidance of the team. * Support the development, updating, and organization of regulatory documents (policies, procedures, manuals). Requirements: * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (recent graduates). * Basic knowledge of auditing standards, IMSS regulations, etc. * Strong motivation to learn and grow in auditing, internal control, and process improvement. * Ability to analyze information and follow instructions. * Strong written communication skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Residence near the work location.
