




**Position Objective:** Responsible for the preparation and presentation of food during the evening shift, ensuring that quality, hygiene, and service standards are maintained. This position requires culinary skills, teamwork, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook menu items assigned for the evening shift, ensuring adherence to preparation times and presentation standards. * Ensure all ingredients used are fresh, following proper storage and handling procedures. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to organize the work area, ensuring all utensils and equipment are clean and in good condition. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations at all times, adhering to health codes. * Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift, performing cleaning and disinfection tasks as needed. * Assist in developing and improving recipes, ensuring consistency with menu standards. * Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies, notifying supervisors when restocking is required. * Perform any other duties assigned by the head chef or supervisor. **Requirements:** * Temporary position to cover an absence * Previous experience in cooking, preferably in the hotel or restaurant industry. * Knowledge and compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Ability to work effectively in a team, under pressure, and during evening shifts. * Proactive attitude and responsibility in daily work.
