*This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for People And Growth in Silao de la Victoria, Guanajuato** We are looking for a Mold Technician for a global company located in Puerto Interior, Silao. **Main responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plastic injection molds to ensure optimal performance. * Open and close molds to make necessary adjustments. * Inspect, clean, and lubricate molds according to established procedures. * Diagnose and resolve mold issues, including production defects and wear. * Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain production line efficiency. * Make adjustments and modifications to molds as needed to improve product quality. **Requirements** * Technical degree, TSU, or Engineering * Skills in maintenance and repair of plastic injection molds (hot runner, cold runner) * Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems * 3 years of experience in a similar position * Mold lubrication * Overhead crane operation (certified) * Use of measuring tools * Interpretation of technical drawings * Proficiency in Office software and computer use * Problem analysis and resolution * Teamwork **Additional information** * Salary range: $18,000 to $24,000 plus benefits above legal requirements * Location: Puerto Interior, Silao * Shift schedule: Morning shift Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Evening shift Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (works 5 hours on Saturday or Sunday according to rotation) **Desired education level:** Upper Secondary **Desired experience level:** Intermediate **Departmental function:** Maintenance and repairs **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods **Skills:** * Mold maintenance *This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=6924ca336c000031001ffea6&source=indeed*
