




Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering Master's degree or specialization in finance and/or administration (desirable) Knowledge of diesel mechanics and heavy machinery Timely diagnosis Preventive and corrective maintenance External workshop follow-up Experience in personnel management Knowledge of programs and training for fuel efficiency Budget management Responsibilities: \- Coordinate preventive maintenance of units according to operational requirements and results. \- Ensure correct execution of corrective maintenance for units based on reported failures, providing repair follow-up through service orders. \- Authorize the Service Order for each unit entering the workshop for any service, specifying required replacement parts and type of maintenance to be performed. \- Manage timely delivery of the completed original Service Order to the person responsible for filing these documents. \- Timely report the preventive maintenance schedule to relevant parties, ensuring all corresponding units enter maintenance within required timeframes. \- Maintain absolute order and cleanliness within workshop facilities, effectively controlling tool inventory. \- Administer maintenance resource consumption, adhering to the annual budget. \- Control disposal of automotive fluids and parts in designated areas, ensuring final waste disposal is coordinated with the contracted company. \- Promptly request required spare parts and tools from the purchasing department to fulfill issued service orders. \- Ensure implementation of policies and procedures to maintain quality standards in coordination with applicable departments, complying with municipal, state, and federal regulations. \- Establish and measure maintenance performance indicators or KPIs (e.g., number of recorded incidents, budget adherence, etc.). \- Facilitate audit processes by providing required documentation within their area of responsibility. \- Develop necessary courses and training programs for continuous improvement of personnel. \- Deliver a monthly report on preventive and corrective maintenance orders, effectively analyzing maintenance effectiveness results.
