Work Location: IRAPUATO We are seeking a Kiosk Facilitator (Assisting Taxpayers with Government Procedures). SKILLS: 1. Customer service and service-oriented attitude. (Minimum 6 months’ experience) 2. Assertive and empathetic communication. 3. Proficient use of computer equipment. 4. Completed high school education WITH CERTIFICATE. **5. Availability to work rotating shifts (7:30 AM–2:30 PM and 1:30 PM–8:15 PM), Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off.** 6. Employment stability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide customer service and advisory support to users of the electronic government kiosk for inquiries, procedures, payments, and services. 2. Identify and report major incidents or malfunctions. 3. Maintain an incident logbook. 4. Keep the workplace clean and organized.
