




**Payroll and People Analytics Analyst (HR Analyst)** Relats is a global leader in the manufacturing of flexible sleeves for a wide range of applications such as thermal, electrical, and mechanical insulation, among others. **Requirements**: * Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, human capital, business management, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Analyst, People Analytics Analyst, HR Analyst, or similar roles. * Age 26 and above. * Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query or equivalent). * Experience handling, analyzing, and interpreting data. * Experience managing IMSS, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT portals. * Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Processing and validating payroll, ensuring accurate employee payments. * Sending information to the payroll provider for new hires and personnel changes. * Managing the meal voucher card system, including employee onboarding and offboarding. * Requesting bank accounts for new employees. * Monitoring absenteeism, vacations, incidents, and attendance using systems like Visual Time or similar platforms. * Analyzing data and tracking KPIs related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, diversity, performance, and cost per hire. * Creating and automating reports related to the mentioned indicators. * Managing and tracking supplier documentation for REPSE compliance. * Supporting general HR administrative tasks, such as corporate events, etc. * Actively participating in process improvement and optimization. * Assisting in the development and implementation of internal Human Resources policies. **Skills and competencies:** * Effective communication * High attention to detail * Problem-solving * Time management * Focus on continuous improvement * Analytical thinking * Results orientation * Leadership * Organization * Teamwork We offer: **Gross monthly salary from $17,000 to $20,000 depending on experience.** **Statutory benefits.** **20 days of Christmas bonus.** **4 additional paid vacation days.** **2 shortened Fridays per month.** **Life insurance, SGMM.** **Major medical expense insurance.** **Accident insurance.** **Savings fund: 10%.** **Monthly food vouchers: 10%.** **Fuel reimbursement for commuting.** **Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
