* Operate the assigned machine(s) according to validated parameters. * Meet productivity targets (**50 % month 1, 75 % month 2, 100 % month 3**). * Record production, scrap, and downtime on the Production Sheet. * Perform daily autonomous TPM and report failures via Andon. * Maintain 5 S organization and cleanliness in the work area. * Follow First Piece Release and Internal Label Printing procedures. * Participate in safety meetings and scheduled trainings.
