




Job Summary: Responsible for implementing and maintaining control and preventive maintenance programs across all hotel areas, including inventory and logbook records. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation of control and preventive maintenance programs 2. Management of tool and machinery inventory 3. Handling various logbooks for recordkeeping and control 1\. Implement programs to maintain strict control over each hotel area by applying proper preventive maintenance. 2\. Maintain tools, machinery, and spare parts inventory in optimal condition. 3\. Record inventory entries and exits in the logbook. 4\. Equipment maintenance logbook. 5\. Pest control service logbook documenting services performed, products used, and supplier certificate. 6\. Utility consumption logbook for electricity, water, gas, etc. 7\. Civil Protection logbook documenting trainings, drills, equipment tests, and civil protection team activities, etc. 8\. Room logbook recording preventive and corrective maintenance performed on each room.
