




Job Summary: Responsible for implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing tool and spare parts inventories, and maintaining various control and service logs. Key Highlights: 1. Implement programs to maintain strict control over each hotel area by applying proper preventive maintenance. 2. Maintain tools, machinery, and spare parts inventory in perfect condition. 3. Record inventory entries and exits in the log. 4. Equipment maintenance log. 5. Pest control service log, documenting services performed, products used, and the supplier’s certificate. 6. Utility consumption log, recording readings and consumption of electricity, water, gas, etc. 7. Civil Protection log, documenting training sessions, drills, equipment tests, and Civil Protection team activities, etc. 8. Room maintenance log, recording preventive and corrective maintenance performed on each room.
