Req ID: 76585 **Description** --------------- Ensure proper operation of Facilities equipment and building infrastructure. Identify and correct potential equipment failures by applying expertise and knowledge of hand tools, measurement instruments, and predictive techniques to perform maintenance activities. \- Perform routine checks (e.g., monitoring equipment parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, etc.) and adjust parameters found outside specification limits. * Understand the operation of Facilities equipment, including HVAC systems, CDA (compressors), pumping systems, and electrical systems. * Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. * Analyze, diagnose, and rectify equipment failures. * Perform routine checks (e.g., monitoring equipment parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, etc.) and adjust parameters found outside specification limits. **Internal and External Relationships** * Support internal users requesting assistance with equipment relocation, lighting activation, equipment grounding, etc. * Coordinate with external vendors visiting to quote services or installations. **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Minimum Required Profile** * Education: Technical degree or incomplete engineering program (e.g., electricity, air conditioning, mechatronics, mechanics). * Proficiency in use of hand tools. * Knowledge of lifting equipment operation. * Experience in plumbing, electrical systems, and air conditioning. * Train junior technical staff. * Analyze, diagnose, and rectify equipment failures. * Prepare reports upon completion of each maintenance activity. * Familiarity with Mexican regulations (NOM). **Technical Competencies** * Responsible * Committed to work * Proactive * Basic computer equipment proficiency * Intermediate English * Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------------- **Desired Experience and Skills** -------------------------------------- Skyworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, supporting diversity in the workplace.
